Pick any number of leaves without the stems/branches.
Best to harvest leaves not from a plantation and thus not sprayed.
Wash thoroughly.
Put in a pot of water covering the leaves just a little.
Bring to boiling and continue to cook on low fire for another 15 to 20 minutes.
The cooked extracted water is what we need now. Try to filter the water using some fabric like diapers or similar.
Keep in the fridge.
It will be good for a few weeks.
When making tea, add about a quarter of an inch into a glass, add water, and drink.
Do not overdo it. Once a day is good. Enjoy!
Long days at work can drain both the mind and the body. The last thing you want to do is create a meal that requires a substantial amount of time and effort. This Lemon Salmon can be made in 10 minutes, and all you need is salmon, thyme, or coriander, and our Capernaum real garlic olive oil. Here is the recipe!
Fill a pot with half an inch/1 cm of fresh-squeezed lemon juice, cut the salmon fillets to 2 to 3-inch pieces, (5 to 7 cm), dip them in the lemon juice. With the lid on the pot, ignite the fire. When the lemon juice is boiling, reduce the heat. Give it 6 to 8 minutes.
When the salmon is cooking, prepare a bowl with Thyme leaves and add the garlic olive oil.
Now move the Salmon from the pot to the bowl and mix gently. Add on top a little more garlic olive oil.
Enjoy the amazing meal you have created!
