  • Do you offer travel sizes?

    Many of our products are travel compatible! Namely, our hand cream, lip balm, light and deep face creams, Rehabilitation Skin Cream, hair and scalp cream, olive wash & exfoliate for the face (small size), face serum, eye cream, and our antiaging day and night creams are packaged in 100 ml or less containers. We recommend transferring the products that are over 3.4 ounces (100 mL) into smaller, travel-friendly bottles.

  • Do you have samples?

    We are not able to offer samples at this time.

  • Why does my new order have different color or texture than my previous one?

    Just as wine differs by harvest and region, our ingredients can vary slightly in color and fragrance depending on the source and time of year. Because our skincare is fully and completely natural, and free of artificial coloring, its qualities may vary slightly from batch to batch; for example, our lip balm is softer in warm climates and harder in cold weather. These variations will not affect the product’s effectiveness, and we guarantee that the product is completely safe for your skin.

  • At what point in my routine should I use Facial Serum?

    Tap the Facial Serum onto your skin after cleansing and using your toner. Allow 3 minutes for the serum to fully absorb into your skin. For an extra boost of hydration, combine one pump of Facial Serum with one pump of Night Cream and apply the blend to the skin.

  • What is the shelf life of Olea Essence products?

    All of our skincare products have a shelf life of one year after opening, or two years if they remain unopened. Additionally, all of our products are stamped with an expiration date!

  • I want to go green! Can your packaging be recycled?

    All of our containers can be recycled! Just remove the label and make sure that the inside of the container has been rinsed.

  • Do you test any of your products on animals?

    We never test on animals. We don’t test our raw ingredients on animals, either, and we don’t ask third parties to conduct animal testing on our behalf.


  • I struggle with eczema and psoriasis, and cannot use any products with irritating ingredients; are your products safe for my skin?

    We recommend using our Rehabilitation Skin Cream on the areas of concern; because of its healing formulation and lack of irritating fragrances or ingredients, this cream has a high rate of success at completely alleviating inflammation that stems from these conditions.

  • What products do you recommend for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

    We developed a line especially safe for expectant mothers and infants. Our Massage and Moisture Oil for Mother and Baby is deeply hydrating, and helps reduce and diminish the appearance of stretch marks. Our Diaper Cream can also be used by expectant mothers, and its formulation provides moisture, flexibility and softness to the skin. Additionally, our Rehabilitation Skin Cream is safe for both mothers and infants, and can be used to heal rashes and other forms of skin irritation. You may encounter new skin concerns throughout pregnancy, linked to hormonal fluctuations and other related conditions; it’s always wise to consult your doctor before making any changes to your usual routine.

  • My skin is prone to breakouts. What products are good for combating acne?

    We recommend first cleansing with our Face Cleanser for Oily Skin, which cleanses deeply without stripping skin of its natural protective oils, a common cause of irritation. We then recommend using our Toner for Normal to Oily Skin after cleansing, to help balance pH levels and oil secretion on the face throughout the day. Twice weekly, we suggest using our Olive Face Mask for Oily Skin; it increases blood circulation in the face, which helps breakouts clear faster, as well as purify the skin and make it appear smoother and healthier.


  • What is the brown sediment in my extra virgin olive oil?

    Unfiltered extra virgin olive oil has natural sediment due to its antioxidants. Not to worry—it does not affect the purity of the olive oil. It’s similar to the “mother” in unfiltered apple cider vinegar, or the sediment you find at the bottom of a glass of good red wine. It’s there because it should be!

  • What does “cold pressed” mean?

    Cold pressed oil is made using a method known as cold press extraction. The cold press oil extraction method is done using a traditional oilseed press, and involves no additional chemical solvents or heat. Cold pressed oil is also thought to have increased nutritional and health benefits. These oils are typically rich in vitamin E and monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids and have an increased amount of antioxidants per volume. Cold pressed oil also have a better shelf life than other oils, which means that it’s less likely to go rancid. Cold pressed oils retain all their flavor, aroma, and nutritional value, making these oils great for cooking and skin care requirements. They contain zero grams of trans fatty acids and are naturally cholesterol-free.
    It is important to note that both solvent extracted and cold pressed oils can be used in cosmetics and skin care, but only cold pressed will deliver goodness to the skin.

  • How are your flavored oils produced? Are they infusions?

    Our flavored (basil, lemon, and garlic) extra virgin olive oils are produced without even a drop of artificial flavors, flavor essences, and we also do NOT do infusions. Instead, when we press our olives for these varieties, we press them together with fresh lemon peel, fresh basil, or fresh garlic, which gives the oil its characteristically robust flavor profile.

  • What is olive oil acidity, and what is the acidity of your olive oil?

    Olive oil acidity refers to the rate of the free oleic acid over the total amount of olive oil. The lower the acidity, the higher the quality of olive oil. We are proud that our extra virgin olive oil has a maximum acidity level of 0.4%, where the standard is 0.8%.


  • What are you international shipping fees?

    Our worldwide shipping fees are broken out based on the contents of your order. Olive Oil: $25.00; Skin Care: $15.00; Olive Oil & Skin Care: $20.00 You can also read more about our shipping fees here.

  • I am ordering from the EU/UK; will I have to pay a customs duty?

    Please note that according to the policies of certain countries, additional tax and other payments may be charged in order to release packages that have been ordered. The responsibility for checking the policy is on the customer, but we will do our best to help direct you to your correct customs office if needed!

  • Do you accept returns?

    We will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned. Items purchased with cash may be exchanged or a store credit issued. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
    Returns can be made through our customer service department. However, we are only able to process returns if the products were purchased from us directly, through one of our retail locations or our website. We are not able to process returns that were purchased through any of our wholesale partners – please contact them directly.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    Our fulfillment system is set up to process quickly so that our customers get their products ASAP. Because of this, editing an already placed order isn’t possible at this time via our website. If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please send our team a message immediately—email info@oleaessencenew.kinsta.cloud —and we’ll do our best to assist!

  • I have not received my order. How can I track it?

    You should’ve received a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t see an email, please reach out to us at info@oleaessencenew.kinsta.cloud so that we can assist.

  • I’d like to return/exchange Olea Essence products that I bought on Amazon. Can you handle?

    Please note that we do not sell out products through Amazon at this time. Please be advised that there is an unlicensed seller on Amazon currently selling expired Olea Essence products, and he is doing so under our Olea Essence name. As a note, because we do not distribute our products directly via Amazon, we are not able to guarantee the quality of the reseller’s goods, nor are we able to address complaints about their service. We strongly recommend purchasing directly from our website, ensuring that only the best will be shipped directly from our facility.
    If you wish to return or exchange Olea Essence products purchased on Amazon.com, this must be processed with Amazon directly.
