Shipping and Returns

It is Capernaum Vista Olive Oil Market Ltd.’s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 30 days of the receipt of purchase. After 30 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 60 days after receipt. Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.

Returns can be made through our customer service department. However, we are only able to process returns if the products were purchased from Capernaum Vista Olive Oil Market Ltd. directly – through one of our retail locations or our website. We are not able to process returns that were purchased through any of our wholesale partners. .

Please allow two to four weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.

* Currently, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

* Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case where you wish to return any portion of your order or cancel your order after it has already been shipped.

* Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be Capernaum Vista Olive Oil Market Ltd’s responsibility.

* If a package is returned to us by our carrier after 3 delivery attempts or a refusal, we are happy to reship for you, but will charge for the reshipment.  Reshipment charges are the same as your original shipping cost.  In the case where free shipping was redeemed, standard ground shipping charges will be applied.

Please note that according to the policies of certain countries, additional tax and other payments may be charged in order to release packages that have been ordered and the responsibility for checking the policy is on the customer. If the customer does not agree to pay and release the package, no refund will be made and the shipment will be destroyed.
